The clubhouse is closed at the moment so you cannot pay at the bar. If you can not, or do not wish to, pay on-line, please download a manual membership form here and post the completed form with your payment either through the letterbox in the clubhouse kitchen door at the top of the ramp opposite the clay courts, or through the door of our Treasurer at 41 Cornhill Road M41 5TJ. Data Protection
By competing this form, you consent for your data to be shared within the Club, including its respective sections. Your data is secured under a password protected system, Your data will only be used so that you can receive news, updates and invitations to meetings. You also allow photo release, in order for the Club to use photographs for commercial use. No image of anyone under the age of 18 will be used unless individual consent is provided at the time required.
If consent is not given, then your information will not be given to the sections but will be kept within the secured membership computer file. If consent is given and then withdrawn, an email or letter needs to be received and acknowledged bu the Club Administrator or Membership Secretary , and your details will no longer be shared.
Other conditions
1. If a replacement card is required, please contact the Club Membership Secretary
2. Membership period is 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021
Payment period for all sections 01.04.2020 to 15.05.2020, Hockey 01.08.2020 to 15.09.2020
3. Full senior playing membership fees can be paid in three instalments of equal amounts payable April/May/June.
