BOWLING
2017 Cheshire Merit Competition
Our Bowling Green is maintained to a high standard and is often used by various leagues to stage Neutral Cup games.
It was used in 2017 by Cheshire County to stage their prestigious 'Cheshire Merit' Competition.
It was also used as a venue for a British County Parks game in the Summer of 2024.

Our Teams
We have 6 teams, both Men and Ladies can be called on to play in all of our teams if required.
3 Teams play Home and Away most Evenings of the week whilst our Veterans Team play on Thurs afternoon's.
Our Ladies team play on various mid-week evenings, and our Mixed team plays on Thursday evenings.

Social Bowling
We are planning some 'fun bowls/New bowler day's' this year.
The Winter 'open to non-members' competition runs on Sundays at 10.00am from mid-January to mid-March and this is open to all age groups.
New members
We are always happy to welcome prospective new members, who can come along to any of our matches to watch and to meet our members.
Our members would be pleased to introduce novices to the game, and for the more experienced bowler, we have a qualified bowls instructor/referee in the club.
Spectators are always welcome, come along and watch a game whilst enjoying a 'Brew' or a 'Pint'.
