Chess At Urmston Sports Club
Urmston chess club has been active for over a century. We currently hold social chess on a weekly basis and field 3 teams in the Manchester and Stockport leagues.
We are always looking for new players and are open to people of all age and abilities. Whether you are just starting out and looking for a friendly over the board game or looking to compete in matches to anything in between.
Social Chess: Held every Thursday night from 7.30pm to late in the main bar area. All grades welcome from beginner to GM.
